Do you provide alcohol?

No. Bronco Bar does not provide the alcohol, we do provide the equipment of a full bar.

How do I pay?

Once the equipment and location is determined, we will send a rental quote and contract. Upon agreement, we will require a 50% initial non-refundable deposit to ensure your date of rental. The final balance will be paid the day before your event. Payment options include Zelle, cash, check, or CashApp.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. All of our rentals are insured.

Do you provide bartenders?

No. Not for our starting price. If you require bartenders we can serve for an added cost. And if we are not able to bartend, we work with bartenders who would love to bartend your event. If you need a bartender, let us know.

Rental Delivery

We will coordinate with you about the specifics of your event needs (power, location, etc…). We will deliver and install the rentals two hours prior to your event and remove after. For multi-day bookings, rentals can remain on site depending on location, weather, storage, and other various elements that can be discussed per rental item and per event. Delivery is included in rental price within 30 miles of the Yakima valley. For deliveries that exceed our standard delivery range, an extended delivery fee will be added.
